Intel Finds its Man

I guess it pays to be pack rat -- literally.
David Clark is $10,000 richer thanks to the discovery of a 1965 Electronics magazine under the floorboards of his home. Intel had been searching for a mint copy of the issue which contains the Moore's Law article - famously predicting that the number of components on a processor would double every year with costs falling commensurately. Clark, 57, of Surrey England, thanked his wife for her patience in allowing him to keep so many magazines stored away, even if she wished they had been thrown out years ago! With the 40th Anniversary of Moore's law coming up, Intel was desperate to have an original copy of the magazine.
