Google Will Poach Your Employees, Too

Bill Gates is bitching again.

This time over Google.

Apparently, the search king has been able to prick Microsoft's air-tight employee retention bubble.

Former Microsoft employee Kai-Fu Lee is being sued for allegedly breaching a contract in which Lee agreed not to perform work for competing firms for the space of a year.

Let's face it -- Microsoft (MSFT) thrives off intellectual property, so Gates has reason to be livid.

Lee has direct knowledge of Microsoft's trade secrets concerning search technologies and China business strategies and now Google has them.

Ya, why not -- we'll reiterate our Heavy Buy Rating on Google.

Microsoft we gave a Neutral Rating 4 weeks ago even though the fellow at Barrons swears they're going to $30.

If that enormous share buyback last July couldn't send MSFT over the $30 mark, nothing they are doing now will.
