Smells Like Good Spirit: Johnson & Johnson

When I think of companies that put their customers before their dollars, I think of Johnson & Johnson.

In 1982 a cyanide-laced Tylenol scare forced the company to recall 30 million bottles.

JNJ's bottom line took an earth-shattering hit, but it's actions placed them in the pantheon of American Companies We Trust.

Well done.
