Cramer's Reality: Trump, Watch Out

Call me Ishmael Call me Cramer.

On Wednesday, the ubiquitous Jim Cramer, host of Mad Money on CNBC,
took a page out of the Donald's playbook when it was announced that the rabid journalist will host his own reality show.

It will be called "King of Wall Street" and be based on the formula of The Apprentice, whose popularity has dwindled over the last few years, probably because candidates are faker than those Coach bags on Canal Street.

According to the Observer: "In an early blueprint, a group of contestants would be given a certain amount of money to invest. Then, as in life, whoever makes the most money wins. Naturally, there would be diversions along the way...."

The news confirms that Cramer is, more than anything, a brilliant businessman, albeit a histrionic one.

That said, we think that in our fragmented day and age, there is something pure and Ahab-esque about Cramer's monomania.

We'll be tuned in, that's for sure.
